Martina Palermo is a ballerina from Naples, Italy, who took part in multiple ballet photography shoots in 2024 at a variety of visually striking locations. The sessions included beach shoots along the Neapolitan coast, scenic viewpoints overlooking the city, as well as one highly creative studio photo shoot. During this studio session, an artistic gold body paint concept was explored, adding a distinctive and unconventional visual element to the ballet photography series.
Her athletic yet feminine physique, combined with high flexibility and beautifully shaped ballet lines, results in elegant and visually compelling ballet photography. Martina’s expressive and captivating facial presence brings character and emotion to each image, enhancing both dynamic movement and sculptural poses. Open-minded, playful, and confident in front of the camera, she was eager to experiment and try new ideas, which led to an especially large number of strong and diverse photo results.
